How can I get a Public (Yellow Pages or White Pages) Directory delivered to my office?
Submit a TSR (Telephone Service Request) form and include the following information:
- Name of Contact
- Phone Number
- IC Name
- Complete US Postal Mailing Address (with Zip Code)
- Quantity and Type(s)* of each Directory needed
