How do I check the status of my Telephone Service Requests?

Each order is assigned a Remedy ticket number. To check the status of your TSR:

1. Contact the NIH Help Desk via e-mail: http://www.telecofc.com/contact.php
2. Contact the NIH Help Desk by phone: 970-282-7500
