How do I place an order for a telephone or other telecom services?
Many telephone services can be obtained by using the Telephone Service Request Form. Complete the TSR on-line and follow the easy instructions for submitting the form. Please contact the Help Desk if you need assistance completing the form.
For other requests, such as purchases of equipment and new installations, your Administrative Officer (AO) can assist you by submitting ticket.
